Don't miss this opportunity to connect with the heart and soul of our fair community. Shari Black serves as the Executive Director and CEO of Wisconsin State Fair Park. Her career began at the Waukesha County Fair where she worked for nearly 20 years\, including 15 as Executive Director. In 2016 Shari transitioned to Wisconsin State Fair Park\, serving as the Senior Director of Event Services. In 2019 she assumed the role of Chief Programs Officer.\n\n\n\nShari has a bachelor's degree from Carroll University in Waukesha\, holds a Certified Fair Executive designation through the International Association of Fairs and Expositions\, is a graduate of the association's Institute of Fair Management and has served on numerous committees and boards. Shari oversees a staff of nearly 100 year-round employees\, along with approximately 1\,200 part-time and seasonal employees.
