Description
Shorehaven will host our next Business After Hours at their Strength and Fitness Center. Enjoy an assortment of sodas as well as platters filled with a variety of cheeses, fresh fruit, veggie trays and dip, and other delectables made by Café LaBelle staff while you casually network with colleagues and members of the business community. Explore the exercise equipment, yoga, strength, Zumba rooms and heated indoor pool and learn about the options to help keep seniors independent and thriving in the environments they call home. Fitness Center Manager, Kira Grosenick, and Life At Home Coordinator, Jamie Milaeger, will be on hand to answer questions about our programs and classes.
