Description

The ability to communicate is an important tool in your pursuit of worthwhile goals, whether it is with your co-workers, customers or family.  During this interactive workshop you will assess your strengths and areas for improvement in your communication abilities.  All facets of communication we be covered thoroughly including nonverbal communication, techniques to help others retain your message, barriers to effective communication, and best practices for electronic communication.
