Description
One of the key skills leaders need to move from an individual contributor to an effective manager is delegation. This workshop will look at the process of delegating, discuss what hinders good delegation, explore the importance of giving feedback, and provide the foundation to create a delegation plan.
- Create an understanding of delegation and common pitfalls.
- Learn the process of effective delegation.
- Become aware of which tasks to delegate and to whom.
- Explore how to provide positive, negative, and ongoing feedback to those you delegate work to.
