Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt

Please note that this is an six day session meeting: Thursdays, March 6, 20, April 3, 17, May 1, and 15, from 8:00am - 12:00pm.

The Yellow Belt functions in a key role in organizational Lean Six Sigma sustainability. During this workshop, you will develop a solid understanding of process improvement techniques and how to utilize those techniques to make effective changes within your organization. In addition, you will become familiar with the fundamental tools associated with Lean and Six Sigma.

• Learn the DMAIC methodology (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control).
• Understand the Lean and Six Sigma concepts.
• Develop a common language to discuss continuous improvement.
• Identify processes for assessing problems, deviations, and disruptions.
• Explore methods that support a culture of continuous improvement.
• Practice applying Lean and Six Sigma tools and methodologies to real-world applications.
