Customer Solutions Specialist
This position is responsible for internal and external customer support for internet banking, card (credit/debit/ATM) management, on-line cash management, telephone banking, bill pay and mobile banking, along with the Business banking platforms including Remote Deposit Capture, Positive Pay and ACH Blocks and Filters. Responsibilities include customer support, back-office transaction/exception monitoring, reporting and processing, fraud prevention, on-line account access administration, and other possible electronic support tasks.
The Customer Solutions Specialist will possess an understanding of branch operations, regulatory guidelines, policies, procedures, products and services, and adhere to all audit requirements which pertain to specific accountabilities for the Bank. The incumbent must also possess a thorough understanding of the core systems at the Administrator level as well as being proficient as an end user. This position serves as a subject matter expert, responding to external and internal inquiries.
