Position Summary
We are looking for a reliable, detail oriented Production Worker to join our team. This role is hands on and fast paced, supporting daily production across multiple processes including heat pressing, kitting, shipping, and embroidery finishing. Much of the work is repetitive in nature, so we need someone who can stay motivated, maintain consistency, and keep momentum throughout the day.

Responsibilities
1. Operate heat press equipment to apply transfers and other graphics to apparel and promotional products2. Kit and assemble orders accurately according to packing slips and job tickets
3. Prepare shipments including packing, labeling, and coordinating with carriers
4. Count and verify inventory; assist with regular inventory checks and restocking
5. Trim jump stitches and backing from embroidered products to ensure clean, finished results
6. Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow all safety procedures
7. Communicate with the production team to meet deadlines and flag any issues
8. Assist with other production tasks as needed
Qualifications
1. Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently2. Strong attention to detail (quality matters here)
3. Able to stay focused and on task with repetitive work
4. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
5. Comfortable working with equipment and willing to learn new processes
6. Prior experience in production, warehouse, or printing is a plus but not required
7. Team player with a positive attitude
