Provide holistic, individualized, and trauma-sensitive care to female adult victims of commercial sexual exploitation. Through staff, advocates, volunteers, community partnerships providing Christ-centered stabilization supportive living and community restorative living.
Position:  Care Coach
Oversees specific household operations and resident care, during day, evening/weekend activities in team dynamic. 
We will provide continual training in all areas of trauma support, working with addictions, spiritual authority, etc. 
Preferred Qualifications

  • Emotional maturity, Avail/Flex with schedule, knowledge of substance abuse/recovery, empathy, prior experience with traumatized population, spiritual maturity
Position Summary
This is a part or full-time position. This position involves direct care with the residents. This role reports directly to the Executive Director. The day hours are between 8am-8pm. Be prepared to be stretched and blessed continually by God.
Position Specific Duties
? Oversee shift household operations, including:
  • Manage activity schedules.
  • Lead and facilitate classes with residents.
  • Assist volunteer activities when scheduled.
  • Complete appropriate documentation of resident case files and staff communication.
  • Report any resident or facility incidents to the Coach Manager ASAP.
? Provide care to residents and make decisions in emergency situations.
  • Responsible for overseeing resident care - including medication needs, their individualized care plan goals, general health, and other needs.
  • Build relationships with residents and encourage growth as a coach(in collaboration with the house staff team).
  • Be present and available for emotional support, spiritual encouragement and prayer.
  • Implement the safety protocols in all situations.
? Complete Intake Procedures - in the team dynamic with fellow Care Coach
  • Prepare housing needs for new intake (her room, welcome basket).
  • Preparation with current residents for incoming resident
  • Complete intake documentation & review with resident in first 3 days.
? Enforcement RRC rules and protocols with residents and volunteers.
  • Maintain a stable, safe environment and facilitate conflict-resolution within Home
  • Implement trauma-sensitive corrective conversations and redirection where needed, while keeping household physical and emotional safety in mind.
  • Respond appropriately, with respect and compassion, when enforcing house rules.
? Participate in regular staff meetings, staff training programs, and accept the responsibility for aiding the development of positive team relationships.
? Maintain Redeem & Restore Center core values, policies, and code of conduct 
? Other duties as assigned by the RRC ED.

  • Ability to legally operate a motor vehicle and provide own transportation.(safe driving record)
  • Understanding of general household tasks - cooking, laundry, etc.

Job Type: Part-Time to Full-time
Start Pay/Salary: $15/hour - $34,000   
Benefits:
  • 2 weeks paid time off
Schedule:
  • 6-10 hour shifts – Occasionally may need to cover night shifts
Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required). Waukesha, Wi. 
Education:
  • High school or equivalent (Required)
