Night Coach

Oversees specific household operations and resident care in team dynamic.
Preferred Qualifications
- Emotional maturity, Avail/Flex with schedule, knowledge of substance abuse/recovery, empathy, prior experience with traumatized population, spiritual maturity
This position involves direct care with the residents. This role reports directly to the Executive Director. Night Shifts are 8pm-8am. Be prepared to be stretched and blessed continually by God. (sleeping is recommended during shift)
Position Specific Duties
? Oversee shift household operations, including:
- Complete appropriate documentation of resident case files and staff communication.
- Report any resident or facility incidents to the Coach Manager ASAP.
- Responsible for overseeing resident care - including medication needs.
- If awakened for nightmares or spiritual warfare, offer comfort and prayer.
- Be present and available for emotional support, spiritual encouragement and prayer.
- Implement the safety protocols in all situations.
- Maintain a stable, safe environment and facilitate conflict-resolution within Home
- Implement trauma-sensitive corrective conversations and redirection where needed, while keeping household physical and emotional safety in mind.
- Respond appropriately, with respect and compassion, when enforcing house rules.

- Experience working with persons in crisis - remaining calm in intense situations.
- Faith & Prayer understanding and authority

Start Pay: $75/night , any extra hours $15/hour
Schedule:
- 8pm-8am
- Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required). Waukesha, Wi.
