About Us
Our goal at Azura Memory Care is for our residents to be as engaged in their environment as possible.
As a result, our campus in Oconomowoc has been purposefully designed to meet the needs of those with dementia and to support them through all stages of the disease process. From the paint on the walls to the layout of the building, every aspect has been carefully chosen to provide our residents with the best possible experience.
We provide services that go far beyond what you typically find at other memory care homes.

We believe in honoring our residents and the communities for which we serve, which is why we have named our households at Azura after Oconomowoc's famous lakes! The Fowler and Lac La Belle Households are joined by a community center, which will be open for our residents, families and community to use for entertainment, support and resource purposes.
In the addition, the care campus has purposeful destinations, multi-sensory rooms, sound masking system, Blue Sky Community Café, library, secured courtyard with walking path, and screened-in porches. There is also wellness center with a spa and salon.
ROOM OPTIONS
Each resident has their own furnished studio suite, which features a private age-in-place bathroom with roll-in shower, built-in cabinetry, and RCare response system.
We encourage families to personalize their loved one’s room with pictures and mementoes to make it their home. We also offer an enhanced suite option for couples or those looking for more space.
