Leadership coaching and manager development. Veteran-owned by retired Marine Corps officer now working in engineering, project management and business leadership. Focused on small businesses with first-time and growing leaders. Center-Desk started up in 2021 with the goal of helping you develop your leadership skills and develop your people. In coaching my managers in business and Marines while on active duty, I developed a passion for helping people realize their potential as well as their teams. I am available after normal working hours and on weekends.
