About Us
Goodwill's mission is to provide training, employment and supportive services for people with disabilities or disadvantages who seek greater independence. They have been providing these services since 1919. The most visible part of Goodwill is their Retail Services where they collect donated clothing and household goods and then sell these items in local store and donation centers. They also have a manufacturing division that offers packaging, assembly, rework and inspection services as well as complete supply chain and inventory management for companies throughout the area. The Human Services division is the heart of Goodwill. This is where the training, employment and other support services work with over 33,000 men and women each year, and 92 cents out of every dollar Goodwill receives is re-invested in programs and services.
