About Us

The Oconomowoc Area Foundation was founded by local leaders in 2002 to offer opportunities for area residents to provide lasting support for local charitable causes. Each year, the foundation awards grants focusing on priorities for improving the Oconomowoc area, including caring for children, families, and the elderly, developing youth, helping those in need, preserving the environment through conservation, restoration, and education, and enriching the community culturally and economically.

Since its inception, the OAF has awarded $4.7 million to 125 area nonprofit organizations.
