About Us

Most business owners reach a point where the company can't function without them in the room. Sheeley Executive Consulting exists to change that.

Founded by Jonathan Sheeley, the firm helps owners and executive teams of $1M–$50M businesses move from operating their company to leading it — and eventually to leaving something that outlasts them. The work develops the people, decisions, and systems a business needs to run on its own.

The method is the Legacy Leadership Architecture, a framework Jonathan designed that moves a leadership team through six areas in sequence, ending where it matters most: a business that has tested its own replaceability and passed.
