Vice President of Talent Development for the Waukesha County Business Alliance and Waukesha County Center for Growth Robyn Ludtke will provide data and insight into industry trends impacting manufacturing, construction and healthcare. From workforce and training, to projected growth and the need for space, Robyn will outline the strengths and opportunities facing the business community and address how the Center for Growth’s economic development strategy supports these top priorities.

As Vice President of Talent Development at the Waukesha County Business Alliance and the Waukesha County Center for Growth, Robyn plays a major role in the County’s economic development work, implementing the County’s Workforce Development Strategy for businesses to Develop, Attract and Retain talent. Robyn oversees the Alliance’s talent development and workforce development strategies, the Construction Alliance, engagement with k-12 and post-secondary educational institutions, the Leadership Waukesha County program, the Education Steering Council, and the Alliance’s calendar of events and programs.
