The health and safety of our patrons, volunteers, staff, students, and artists is of utmost importance, and due to district, county, state, and federal guidelines and regulations canceling the event is the best course of action. The arts are often a source of comfort when the world feels uncertain and overwhelming. If you find yourself in a position to support the OAC, there’s a lot you can do to sustain us through these unprecedented times.
The OAC appreciates your continued support and would like to offer the opportunity to exchange your tickets from a canceled event to a future performance or a gift certificate. The OAC would also accept your canceled purchase as a donation for future programming. This support means that when the OAC can once again welcome you to a performance, event, or activity, we will be able to do so with the warmth, comfort, and safety you expect.
If you would rather receive a refund and you paid by credit card, we can credit your account, minus Internet Transaction Fees and Delivery Fees. If you paid by cash or check we will need to submit a requisition to accounting to have a check issued and mailed, which can take two to four weeks in normal conditions and may take longer in this time of COVID-19.
