Problem Solving the Kata Way
Description
Kata is a concept that teaches you a way of acting and thinking to make a new habit. Toyota Kata is a term used to describe a process embedded in Toyota’s culture and the Toyota Production System. Learn how to practice Toyota Kata to help create a daily habit of continuous improvement using scientific thinking while enabling your people to reach all types of challenging goals. This workshop will teach a mindset that makes you better at problem solving, and better able to teach and coach problem solving to your team.
