The Controller manages financial planning, analysis, accounting and reporting for the agency. Opportunities, Inc. is a not-for-profit organization with multiple social enterprises, funding sources, services purchased and provided, and payrolls. The Controller will lead the accounting and payroll teams and drive strategic financial initiatives. The Controller serves all departments using accounting and business skills, adhering to precise internal controls, ensuring GAAP and federal accounting law
