Administrative/Client Services Specialist

This position will support the Office Administration Team and be responsible for a wide variety of duties in an Administrative and Client Services support capacity.

Primary emphasis with the Administrative portion in this role includes the coordination of benefit plan enrollments, invoicing for company services, accounts payables/receivables and general administrative duties.  

Client Services Specialists are a primary point of contact for clients, internal staff and insurance brokers and play a key role in the onboarding of new clients, resolving service issues, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and providing ongoing sales and client support.

This is a very fast-paced position that provides critical day-to-day support to all areas of the Company.
