About the Position…
  • Develop a strong working knowledge of tax advantaged benefit plans such as Flexible Spending Accounts, (FSA’s), Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRA’s), and Health Savings Accounts (HSA’s).
  • Assist plan participants (employees of our clients) on the phone with questions regarding their benefits and online accounts.
  • Review claims documentation to determine eligibility for payment.
  • Excellent starting position for those looking to advance to Specialist role.
